Phil Capps has achieved what some seem to think is impossible. On December 8 Phil shot his first perfect round in 5 Stand. That's right - 25 straight! Not only is this a first for Phil it is a first for Partridge Creek. No one has ever shot a perfect 5 stand round before now.
Phil has been a member at Partridge since December of 2006 and has been shooting 5 Stand and Sporting Clays for 6 years. He is a native of Greenville, SC and has made his home in Goose Creek since 1980. Phil is a music teacher in the Berkeley County school system. Congratulations Phil! |
We do not have a regular schedule at this time but Don Waldeck request that anyone interested in shooting 5 Stand send him an email and let him know that you are interested. He does try to open the 5 Stand course about every 2 weeks. Don has an extensive email list and will notify everyone on the list at least 3 days in advance as to when and what time the course will be open.
Don has said he will open 5-stand on Wednesday afternoons around 3:00 pm if there is enough interest. Contact Don if you want to slip away from work and shoot 5-Stand on Wednesdays.
